These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website Trustenix AI and AI trading platform (together, the "Service") operated by Trustenix AI Inc. ("Trustenix AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.
2. Account Creation
For full Service access, register with accurate, current, and complete details. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all actions under your account. Inform us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts violating these Terms, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.
3. Service Description and Limitations
Trustenix AI provides AI-powered market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated order placements through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is for informational and analytical use only.
- Trustenix AI does not hold, custody, or manage your funds. All capital remains in your personal brokerage or exchange accounts.
- We connect to your broker via API keys with read-only and execution permissions. These keys cannot withdraw funds.
- Past strategy or signal performance does not ensure future results.
- Trading involves the risk of capital loss, including total loss.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the platform Trustenix AI constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals and analyses are for informational purposes only. Please consult a licensed financial advisor before investing. Trustenix AI is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain Service features require a paid subscription. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. All fees exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. Subscriptions are paid upfront monthly or annually. Refunds are offered at our discretion within 14 days for new subscribers only.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or against applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract platform source code.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without prior written consent.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service’s integrity or infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or activities violating financial regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets accessible via the Service are owned exclusively by Trustenix AI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to such content. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Trustenix AI NO GUARANTEE EXISTS THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Trustenix AI WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Trustenix AI IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trustenix AI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your use of the Service, breach of Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may close your account anytime via settings or by contacting . We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Following termination, your rights to use the Service end and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be settled first by binding arbitration in Sydney under Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration rules. EU or UK users may also pursue claims in local courts.
13. Amendments to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days beforehand by email or site banner. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
